Suspected person - the way of a police officer who stops you!
But what is "suspicious" for officials? As an official in peace in Texas, I have heard that many fellow officials have stopped "suspicious vehicles" and "suspicious figures" many times. I have also heard calls for dispatch broadcasts from citizens about "suspicious" activities from neighborhoods. In other words, as a criminal lawyer in Austin, I personally have never engaged in one of "suspicious people". I do not believe it is legal. This may be a more personal belief than anything else, as the police officer knows that the suspicious person and the suspension of the car are legally permitted. ..
