Texas State 80 Council makes a new law to suppress sexual predators
The Texas state legislature tries to address the issue of sexual violent crime by working to adopt a new law in the Penal Code. "Continued abuse of children" is child abuse in multiple cases over a period of 30 days or more, and is Jessica's law. The new law will be named Jessica Landsford abducted from Florida's home, sexually assaulted and buried alive. We are currently studying in the Texas Legislature. If passed, the State of Texas will be one of the few states that adopted similar measures for the law. Jessica's law aims to achieve the following: 1. Confirm that all the heinous offenders are held in jail in prisons with minimum sentence of 15 years or 25 years and sentenced to death Continuous abuse of children. 2. Remove all "fun" credits of sex offenders to ensure that these sex offenders provide complete sentences and are not released For good behavior early. 3.
