What is a conviction?

Will is a document, generally created with the help of a lawyer (not mandatory) and provides instructions on the disposal of the accused (dead). The word "last will and testimony" is simply a more complicated name of Will. A personal representative or testator in the will will be obliged to execute the will and distribute the assets of the deceased according to the will.

A will and real estate lawyer is a person who can prepare a will and guide the individual representative or testator in the execution of the will.

· Identify and secure both verification assets and unqualified assets

· Acquisition of the value of the day of death and appraisal of all assets of the dependents

· Collection of life insurance money

· Perform appropriate elections on retirement plans including IRA and 401 (k) and make appropriate elections

Advice on final claim of accused and payment of outstanding debt

· Track current accounts in real estate

· Determine if real estate or gift tax is paid and if necessary calculate where cash comes from to pay tax

· Responding to income tax problem

· Personal representation / resolution of conflict between executive and beneficiary

· Support for sale of real estate

· Seek court permission for various lawsuits required by the applicable state law

Retail the dependents' assets to the property beneficiary's name

· Prepare and submit all the documents required by the prosecution court in a timely manner

The prosecution process may throw away complicated circumstances such as tax issues and conflicts, ambiguity of wording of wishes, appointment of guardians for minors. Testatoons and real estate lawyers handle such situations and prepare for mental disorders and the possibility of ultimate death.

There is no special qualification to become a lawyer of will and real estate. Like all lawyers, volunteers and real estate attorneys must obtain a JD degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association and have cleared state law exams. Before a will and real estate lawyer practices in the state, he must pass the state law test. Will and real estate attorneys need to be familiar with the wills, last will and testimony, and the state law governing the trust

Generally speaking, there are two types of volunteers and real estate attorneys, those who are in charge of the administrative side of conviction and those who represent clients by fighting those acquiring real estate. Several lawyers do both, but most of them tend to specialize in certain areas or other areas.
